What is your special order lead time?
From design to finish, it takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks. 

Are your diamonds certified?
Yes! We proudly certify our diamonds through GIA, the institute who created the standards of diamond grading. 

Do you have a diamond upgrade program?
Of course! Diamonds purchased directly from By Bonnie with a laboratory report may be eligible for an upgrade.  *Please contact us for terms and conditions.

Where are your diamonds from? Are they conflict free?
Diamonds are mined throughout the world, including major mines in Australia, Africa, Russia, and Canada. At By Bonnie, we have a strict no tolerance policy towards conflict diamonds and as such, we only purchase our diamonds through reputable suppliers who adhere to the standards set forth by the Kimberley process.

How do I clean my jewelry at home?
In order to best care for your jewelry, be mindful to remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, and before bedtime. Keep your jewelry away from lotions, perfumes, hair spray, and cosmetics. Lay a soft cloth on a flat table, use a soft toothbrush, gentle foam soap, and distilled water to clean diamond and gold jewelry. (Try to keep your jewelry away from a sink!)

How do you handle repairs?
Jewelry maintenance is very important but yet often overlooked by clients. At By Bonnie, we believe jewelry is an investment and should always be cared for. To assist you with this, every piece of jewelry purchased from us comes with complimentary lifetime clean and check. Getting your jewelry checked every six months or so will help insure its integrity, and also keep it looking as beautiful as the day you first acquired it! Should repairs be needed, we will assess them on an individual basis. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world! *Taxes, fees and duties vary per country and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

What form of payment do you accept?
Credit Card, Cashier’s Check and Cash.
We accept payment online and in-store by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex.
